Shipping

1. How long does delivery take?

If the sauna is available in stock, delivery typically takes around 7–10 days from the time of order. For made-to-order or out-of-stock models, the total lead time is generally 45–55 days, including production and transit.

2. How will my sauna be delivered?

Your sauna will arrive in securely packed crates and delivered via freight service. Standard delivery is curbside, meaning the shipment will be placed at the end of your driveway or nearest accessible location.

3. Do you offer inside delivery or white-glove service?

Yes, upgraded delivery options such as indoor placement or white-glove service can be arranged for an additional fee. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Installation & Setup

1. Do you provide installation services?

Yes, professional installation can be selected at checkout. We highly recommend this service for outdoor saunas to ensure safe and proper assembly.

2. What is required for the sauna foundation?

A stable, level surface is essential. Suitable foundations include concrete slabs, compacted gravel, or wooden decking. For best results, we recommend preparing a base slightly larger than the sauna footprint.

3. Is electrical work included in installation?

No. Installation services cover assembly only. Electrical connections and site preparation should be completed separately by a qualified professional.

Product & Usage

1. Can the sauna be used in very cold climates?

Yes, our outdoor saunas are designed to perform in low temperatures. While heating may take longer in extreme cold, the sauna will still reach its intended operating temperature.

2. What power supply is required?

Most outdoor saunas require a 220V power supply to ensure efficient and consistent heating performance.

3. How durable are the glass panels?

We use tempered safety glass designed for strength and durability, capable of withstanding strong wind conditions under normal outdoor use.

4. Do your saunas require ventilation?

Yes, proper airflow is important for both comfort and performance. Our designs include adjustable vents to maintain balanced air circulation.

5. Care and maintenance of saunas.

1. Routine Cleaning

Clean interior surfaces with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive soap. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the wood.

Benches and areas in direct contact with skin should be wiped regularly. Light sanding can be done occasionally to maintain a smooth, comfortable surface.

2. Ventilation After Use

Proper airflow is essential. After each session, leave the door and vents open to allow moisture to fully evaporate. This helps prevent mold and unwanted odors.

3. Wood Inspection

Periodically check the wood for signs of wear such as cracking or distortion. Address any issues early to maintain structural integrity.

Avoid applying oil-based treatments, as they may affect heat absorption and performance.

4. Temperature & Humidity Balance

For optimal performance, maintain a temperature range of 150°F–210°F and moderate humidity levels.

Using a thermometer and hygrometer ensures a consistent and comfortable environment.

5. Heater Maintenance

Keep the heater clean and free of dust buildup. Use only recommended sauna stones and replace them as needed.

For electric heaters, ensure all connections are secure and functioning properly.

6. Hygiene & Moisture Control

In high-moisture areas, consider using gentle anti-microbial treatments. Removable floor mats can also help improve cleanliness and reduce buildup over time.

7. Regular Maintenance Checks

Establish a routine inspection schedule to monitor key components, including wood panels, heating elements, and electrical systems.

Professional servicing is recommended periodically for long-term performance and safety.

8. Doors & Seals

Inspect door seals to ensure proper heat retention. Hinges and handles should be checked and maintained to keep operation smooth and secure.

Returns

1. What is your return policy?

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours for a full refund. After 24 hours (before shipment), a 10% processing fee applies.

If the order has already shipped, cancellations or returns will incur:

  • Round-trip shipping costs
  • 10% restocking fee

Returns for change of mind must be requested within 14 days of delivery and require prior approval.

2. How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, please contact our support team and obtain approval before sending the item back.

All returns must be authorized in advance. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, and any associated costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

3. Will I get a full refund?

A full refund is only available if the order is canceled within 24 hours.

For other cases, applicable fees (processing, shipping, or restocking) will be deducted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or videos. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or reshipment at no additional cost.
