By placing an order with Alpinasaunas, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth experience for all customers within the United States.

1. Order Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, with no fees applied.

2. Cancellation After 24 Hours (Before Shipment)

If a cancellation request is made after the initial 24-hour window but prior to shipment, a 10% processing fee will be deducted from the refund.

This fee reflects non-recoverable costs such as payment processing and early-stage production, as many of our saunas are made to order.

3. Cancellation After Shipment

If your order has already been shipped, cancellations will be subject to the following:

• Round-trip shipping costs (based on actual freight rates depending on size and weight)
  
• 20% cancellation fee (calculated from the product price)
  

4. Returns After Delivery (Change of Mind or Incorrect Order)

If you decide to return a product after receiving it, or if an incorrect item was ordered:

• A return request must be submitted and approved in advance
  
• The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both directions)
  
• A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund
  

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

• Contact us within 72 hours
  
• Provide clear photos or videos as evidence
  

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or reshipment at no additional cost

If damage is not reported within 24 hours, it may be considered to have occurred after delivery, and standard return conditions (including fees) may apply.

6. Return Window

We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days after receiving the product, subject to the conditions outlined above.

Important Notes

• All returns require prior authorization. Items must be returned to our designated warehouse address provided during the authorization process.
  
• Unauthorized returns will not be accepted
  
• Any costs or losses resulting from unapproved returns will be the responsibility of the customer
• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued back to the original payment method used at checkout.
