    We’re honored you’ve chosen Alpinasaunas to be part of your wellness journey. From the moment your order is placed, our team works behind the scenes to ensure a smooth and transparent delivery process — every step of the way.

    We offer free shipping only within the continental United States. For orders to Alaska or Hawaii, please contact us via email to inquire about shipping rates.

    We do not charge additional taxes at checkout. Any applicable sales tax, if required, will be calculated and handled according to U.S. state regulations.

    1. Order Confirmation & Preparation

    Once your order is placed, production and preparation begin promptly. Each sauna is carefully crafted and prepared for shipment with attention to detail.

    When your order is ready to ship, you will receive a confirmation email from Alpinasaunas. You can track your order at our tracking page or via the carrier’s official website. Shortly after, the freight carrier (such as FedEx Freight, UPS Freight, etc.) will send a separate email with tracking details.

    2. Transit & Scheduling

    Delivery timelines depend on product availability:

    • In-stock models: typically arrive within 7–10 days after purchase.Order Handling Time: 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Transit Time: 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri)
    • Made-to-order models: require approximately 45–55 days.Production Time: 20–25 Days.Transit Time: 25–30 Days.

    Once your shipment reaches the local terminal, the carrier will contact you directly to arrange a delivery appointment.

    Before delivery, we recommend preparing the following:

    • Access Pathways: Ensure doorways and hallways can accommodate the largest panels
    • Electrical Setup: Confirm your dedicated power supply is ready

    3. Delivery Day Guidelines

    Your sauna will be delivered on a large pallet, typically to the curbside or garage via accessible paved areas.

    Please note:

    • Delivery service does not include indoor placement or stairs
    • Optional installation or placement services may be arranged for an additional fee
    • We recommend having at least two people available to assist with unloading and handling

    4. Unpacking & Assembly

    Your sauna is securely packaged to ensure safe arrival. When unpacking:

    • Some smaller components and hardware may be stored within larger panels
    • Prepare sufficient space to organize parts for easier assembly

    Taking time to sort components in advance will help streamline the installation process.

    In Case of Shipping Damage

    If you notice any visible damage upon delivery, please take the following steps:

    1. Accept the shipment and keep all packaging materials
    2. Clearly note any damage on the delivery receipt
    3. Contact us within 3 days with photos and a description of the issue
