Your sauna is securely packaged and delivered via freight on reinforced pallets to ensure safe arrival. Delivery is typically made to your curb or driveway, and we’ll coordinate scheduling with you in advance for a smooth experience.

We recommend professional installation, especially for outdoor models. Our team can arrange experienced installers to assemble your sauna on-site, ensuring everything is set up safely and correctly.

Peace of Mind Warranty

All Alpinasaunas come with a limited warranty covering key structural and electrical components. With proper care and maintenance, your sauna is built to provide years of reliable performance.
Site Preparation Checklist

1. Foundation

  • Must be level, stable, and compacted
  • Recommended materials: concrete, gravel, or reinforced decking
  • Suggested size: 4–5 inches larger than sauna base

2. Space Requirements

  • Sauna size + installation clearance
  • Leave at least 10 cm (4") on all sides
  • Ensure access through doors and pathways

3. Electrical

  • 220V–240V dedicated circuit
  • Hardwired connection required
  • Installation by a licensed electrician

4. Before Delivery

  • Foundation ready
  • Space measured
  • Power installed
  • Access path clear
Curbside Delivery Notice

Due to the size and weight of our saunas, delivery is handled via freight service and differs from standard parcel shipping.

  • Delivery is curbside only, meaning the shipment will be placed at the end of your driveway or nearest accessible location
  • Indoor placement, backyard delivery, and stairs are not included
  • Please arrange 2–3 people to assist with unloading and moving the sauna components
  • Ensure the delivery location is accessible for a large freight truck. If access is limited or restricted, please inform us in advance so we can help arrange alternative solutions.

  • If the packaging shows any visible damage, take clear photos immediately and refuse the delivery
