All cabinetry and heating elements are covered by a 5-year limited warranty, ensuring long-term durability and performance.

Glass & Wear Components

Elements such as glass panels, lighting, seals, and switches are supported with lifetime technical assistance and replacement support.

Commercial Use

Core Structure & Heating System

For commercial applications, major components are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.

Wearable Parts

Frequently used or delicate components continue to benefit from long-term support and service availability.

Accessories (If Included or Purchased Separately)

• Audio Systems: Covered under a 3-year limited warranty
  
• Lighting / Chromotherapy Components: Covered under a 3-year limited warranty
  

Natural Wood Characteristics

Alpinasaunas uses premium-grade wood selected for durability and performance.

Natural variations such as grain differences, small surface marks, or minor cracks may occur over time. These are normal characteristics of real wood and do not affect structural integrity or functionality.

Changes caused by temperature and humidity — including expansion or small cracks — are expected and not considered defects. Light sanding or appropriate wood care products can help maintain appearance.

Note: Avoid harsh chemicals or products containing strong solvents.

Outdoor Use

Outdoor sauna models are engineered for exterior environments and are backed by a 5-year limited warranty from the date of delivery.

General Warranty Conditions

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable
  
• Products must be installed and operated according to official guidelines

Alpinasaunas is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use.
